If you are travelling from south of the studios:

Head north on the A12 past Chelmsford and leave at Junction 22.
Follow road around to the left and keep left at the traffic lights,
At the mini roundabout turn left into Freebournes Road.
Turn left at next mini roundabout into Perry Road (opposite Woodford Litho).
Briarsford Estate is about 200 yds down on right hand side of Perry Road and we are located on the left hand side of the estate.

If you are travelling from north of the studios:

Head south on the A12 towards Chelmsford and leave at Junction 22.
Follow road over the A12 and around to the left.
Keep left at the traffic lights and go straight on.
At the mini roundabout turn left into Freebournes Road.
Turn left at next mini roundabout into Perry Road (opposite Woodford Litho).
Briarsford Estate is about 200 yds down on right hand side of Perry Road and we are located on the left hand side of the estate.

From BRAINTREE

From Freeport Designer Village take the B1018 towards Witham.
Follow the B1018 into Witham when you should come to a pair of mini roundabouts.
Turn right at the first then straight across the second.
At the next roundabout with Morrison's on your left, turn right (second exit).
At the next roundabout go straight on, passing The Albert pub on your left
At the next roundabout, turn left (first exit).
Straight on at the lights.
Straight across next roundabout (Marsh Roundabout)
Turn left at the next roundabout into Pasture Road.
Turn right at the next roundabout into Perry Road. (directly opposite Woodford Litho.)
Briarsford Estate is about 200 yds down on right hand side of Perry Road and we are located on the left hand side of the estate.

The facility has plenty of convenient parking and is approximately 1 mile from Witham Station.

Witham Town Centre is within walking distance, giving access to plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants.
